18.  END-USER CONTENT AND TEST DATA HANDLING

When you use our Services, particularly our content labeling and policy optimization features, you may upload content samples, test data, or labeled datasets ("Customer Content") to evaluate and improve your content policies. This Customer Content may include text samples from your platform or service, content created by your end users, labeled datasets containing content and classification labels, and examples of content you wish to classify. If Customer Content contains information about your end users or third parties, you are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions and complying with applicable laws before uploading such content to our Services. We process Customer Content solely to provide the Services related to content labeling services, policy optimization recommendations, and related functionality. Customer Content is retained only for the duration necessary to provide the requested Services and may be automatically deleted after processing, unless you save it within your account. We do not use Customer Content to train our base models or for any purpose other than providing Services to you specifically. You retain all rights to your Customer Content and are responsible for ensuring it complies with our Terms of Service and applicable laws. By uploading Customer Content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share such content with us for processing through our Services.

19.  AUTOMATED PROCESSING AND DECISION-MAKING

Our Services utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, specifically our CoPE (Content Policy Evaluator) model, to provide automated content classification and policy optimization features. When you submit content through our Services, CoPE automatically evaluates it against your specified policies and provides binary classification decisions (violates policy or does not violate policy) along with confidence scores. Our optimization features use AI to analyze classification patterns, identify policy ambiguities, and suggest improvements to your content policies based on the examples you provide. These automated processes are tools to assist you in developing and applying content policies. They do not make decisions that have legal effects concerning individuals or similarly significantly affect them without human intervention. All automated classifications are provided as recommendations for your review and action. You maintain full control over your content policies and how classification results are used. You can modify policies, override classifications, and determine how to act on the automated outputs. The Services are designed to augment human decision-making, not replace it. Our automated classifications are based solely on the policies you provide and the observable content features. The system does not infer intent, verify factual accuracy, or make subjective judgments beyond your policy parameters. Classification accuracy depends on the clarity and completeness of your policies. For questions about how our automated systems work or to request human review of any automated processing, please contact us at privacy@zentropi.ai.

20.  CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Revised" date at the top of this Privacy Policy and post a link to the new Privacy Policy on our website, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you before the modifications are effective, such as by prominently posting a notice of such changes on our website or by directly sending a message to the most recent email address that we have on file for you.
